Speaker Bio

See Mun is an experienced pharmacy professional with expertise in digital transformation, quality improvement, and pharmacy procurement within the NHS. In her current role as Digital & Quality Improvement Specialist at the Specialist Pharmacy Service (SPS), she leads initiatives to accelerate digital adoption and build the infrastructure that supports modern pharmacy services.

Over the past decade, See Mun has held several leadership positions, including Interim Regional Pharmacy Procurement Specialist and Outsourced Medicines Supply Services Lead for the North West. In these roles, she has shaped national strategies for medicines procurement and homecare services, while chairing the digital subgroup of the National Homecare Medicines Committee (NHMC). Her earlier experience at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Nottingham University Hospitals provided a strong foundation in formulary management and homecare delivery.

Academically, See Mun holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Health Leadership from Imperial College London and earned her Master of Pharmacy degree from the University of Bath.
