Operation Lead for the provision and development of medicines homecare services at UHL.  My role involves ensuring robust, safe, effective and auditable processes and systems are in place in line with national standards and local policy and procedures. Ensuring high standards of governance are maintained and are translated into a quality service for patients and hospital staff which aims to safeguard patients whilst offering choice and making best use of NHS resources.

To identify, plan and develop new opportunities for homecare services and provide advice and support for on-going services.
