The NCHA is delighted to announce that we have been judged to be the Winner at this prestigious award event for the following category:
‘Integration and Continuity of Care including Social Care’
This is a recognition of the work undertaken in The Best Kept Secret Report: The Value of Clinical Homecare to the NHS, Patients and Society. This report seeks to improve understanding of Clinical Homecare across the UK. You can access the full report through this link: https://lnkd.in/egSwTirT
This achievement is truly remarkable and the NCHA is delighted to have received this recognition at a recent ceremony in Birmingham on October 3rd.
We also were honoured to be a finalist in the ‘Strengthening the Foundation’ category and we would like to congratulate the winner of this category, University College London Hospitals NHS Trust for their work in the Critical Care Transformation Programme.
“This recognition serves as a thank you to all the hardworking clinical and non-clinical staff who work within the Homecare Sector in providing services to patients in collaboration with their NHS Colleagues.
We would also like to thank the reports Steering Committee who gave time and expertise to complete this exceptional report and to the report authors ZPB Associates and Edge Health.
Finally, we hope this recognition will help the NHCA and its membership to further engage with health policymakers across the UK. It is vital that all parties involved come together, the NHS, the Pharmaceutical industry, Clinical Homecare providers and most importantly patients in order to unite around a shared understanding and create a strategic view on Clinical Homecare”.
