NCHA Event Terms and Conditions

The contact details provided will be used to provide registration confirmations and further details about this event.

The name, title and organisation of delegates will be included in a delegate list that will be made available to other delegates, speakers and exhibitors.

Photographs and video of the event may be captured by NCHA and may be used for promotional purposes for publication, broadcasting, public performance, displays and exhibitions in printed and electronic media including the internet.

NCHA use mailchimp as their email and marketing automations platform. By submitting registration details you acknowledge that information will be transferred Mailchimp for processing. Learn more about Mailchimps privacy practices here.

All cancellations must be notified on email to info@clinicalhomecare.co.uk

50% refund can be given against a booking if written cancellation is received 10 working days prior to the event. After this time, no refunds can be given, however a substitute delegate can be accepted.

NCHA accepts no responsibility for the opinions of speakers or any other persons expressed on or at its events/workshops.

By submitting registration details for yourself or others you acknowledge that you have authority to represent and act on their behalf and have read the NCHA Privacy Policy and Event Terms and Conditions above.

If you wish to register to attend the event, but do not agree to the NCHA Privacy Policy and/or NCHA Event Terms and Conditions, please contact info@clinicalhomecare.co.uk. After submitting registration details via the online booking facility, should you wish to opt-out of any of the above in the future, please contact the organisers by email (info@clinicalhomecare.co.uk) prior to the event.
