Who are we?
Evolution Homecare is one of the largest providers of clinical homecare services in the UK.
Launched in 2008, we take a comprehensive approach to home healthcare that delivers reliable and trusted results.
Our mission is to provide a patient-centred service, so patients are at the very heart of everything we do. We are a founding member of the National Clinical Homecare Association (NCHA), so all of our stakeholders – patients, the NHS and pharmaceutical companies – can be assured that the services we provide meet stringent standards.
What do we do?
We work with more than 100 NHS Trusts and support more than 30,000 patients – delivering medical supplies, support and clinical services in the community and in the comfort of patients’ homes.
Combining pharmacy, logistics, technology and medical expertise, we provide a confidential and timely service to patients in 95 per cent of UK postcodes every weekday.
Our Services
The Evolution Homecare service offering includes:
- A dedicated patient services team
- Dispensing of prescriptions, delivery and ancillaries management
- Nurse delivered support for training or administration of medications where necessary
- Integral cold supply chain for medicines that require controlled temperatures whilst in transit.
